Lenka Dalby

I left my home country at the age of 20. Since then, I’ve been studying, working, and living abroad. Experiencing different cultures has deepened my understanding and acceptance of others.

I enjoy bringing people together and supporting others through yoga and holistic care. Today, I’m a mother of two daughters and the founder of Yolenka Yoga and the Holistic Centre Srdceráj.

YOGA TEACHER

I started practising yoga in the UK in 2005. I feel very fortunate to have studied with Jane Craggs who introduced me to the real meaning of yoga based on the classical 8 limbed path of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, which presents yoga as a way of life.

To deepen my practice, in 2011 I have decided to undertake teacher training program in India studying with teachers AG and Indra Mohan, students of Sri. T. Krishnamacharya. Since then I became dedicated yogi with regular personal practise and started to share my experience with people around me.

FOUNDER OF YOLENKA YOGA

YoLenka Yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of emotional, physical, or mental health. Everyone can practice Yolenka’s approach to yoga. While the classes follow a clear structure, they are always adapted to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Yoga is a personal journey, and I encourage everyone to listen to their bodies, honour their needs, and reconnect with their true self. Yolenka’s classes focus on integrating the breath with the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual aspects of the body. The practice can be both challenging and gentle, depending on what is needed in the moment.

Yolenka Yoga offers classes in prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga for women and men—individually, in pairs, or in groups—as well as yoga for toddlers, children, and teenagers. I also guide sessions in yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and meditation. Additionally, I have experience as a teaching assistant in yoga for elderly and differently-abled individuals. I’m also passionate about supporting people through yoga after injuries or medical diagnoses.

My yoga teacher trainings include 400 hours of Svastha Yoga for personal wellbeing, Bliss Baby Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Groovy Kids Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Classes are available both in person and online for private clients and groups.

YoLenka Yoga is here to support your journey toward safe, balanced, and fulfilling practice.
