Our mind is powerful, therefore I am conscious about my own thoughts as they create my feelings and actions.

Soul

When I connect to my true self, I know what my soul needs.

Hearth

My heart is open, so the love can flow through. I follow my hearth and I feel in love with myself.

Body

I'm strong to lift myself up, I'm flexible to adapt to changes and I'm powerful to keep going. Our body is home for our soul.

YOLENKA YOGA

YoLenka yoga is accessible to everybody regardless of their emotional, physical or mental health. Everyone can practice Lenka’s form of yoga. Even her classes have structures, they adapt to the needs of every individuals. 

Lenka believes yoga is personal practice and she encourage everyone to feel their needs and to find their true self.

Svastha Yoga

The word Svastha in Sanskrit refers to the state of complete wellbeing and balance. Svastha Yoga is about practicing yoga in the way best for each individual.

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is designed to complement the growing needs during all three trimesters. Postpartum yoga addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a mum.

Parent and Baby/toddlers yoga

Yoga with your baby or toddler is focusing on needs of parents, safe and gentle yoga for their children and connection between parents and children.

Kids and Teens Yoga

Age-appropriate classes when children move and play in safe and fun way to enhance their confidence, self love, gratitude, respect and connection to them self.

Seniors Yoga

Yoga suitable for elderly people thorough safe movement and relaxation, following their physical, mental and emotional needs.

Partner and Community Yoga

Two or more people are connecting together through yoga to support each other, to build trust and communication.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the body and consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Restorative Yoga

Therapy and relaxation of physical, mental and emotional body through yoga in gentle, slow pace and long holds.

Yoga Nidra and Meditation

Yogic sleep is the deepest state of relaxation which you can achieve while still conscious. Meditation is the state of the mind when you are in yoga (in union).

Lenka is one of those teachers who leave a positive imprint filled with hope and encouragement in class. I have attended several of her classes and always felt better in myself. She is truly versatile, supportive and can guide the practitioner through a range of different styles of yoga - be it a deeply soothing and recharging yin session to an upbeat and challenging power class. Lenka and I have worked together when I owned a yoga studio, and I could always depend on her for her timeliness, to volunteer to sub classes, provide constructive feedback to help us get better in our services and be a truly gifted teacher.
