CANCELLATION POLICY AND RESERVATION RULES FOR YOGA RETREATS

Scope and Governing Terms

These cancellation terms govern the right to cancel a reservation for a yoga retreat (hereinafter referred to as the

‘Retreat’) provided by LEJA Collective s.r.o., ID No.: 243 84 232, with its registered office at Lucni 325, Nova Role 362

25 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organizer’).

Method and Form of Cancellation

Cancellation of a Retreat reservation by the participant must be made exclusively in writing, in the form of an email

message sent to: yolenka21@gmail.com. The date and time of the email delivery containing the cancellation is the

decisive factor for determining the applicable cancellation fee.

Binding Reservations and Voucher Application

In the case of purchasing a voucher for a Retreat through the Adrop portal, a reservation for a specific date is

considered binding and confirmed only at the moment the participant reports the gift voucher code to the Organizer and

it is successfully verified in the system. Until then, the date is considered a non-binding inquiry. By applying (reporting)

the voucher, the participant confirms their agreement with these cancellation terms, and the voucher is fixed to the

selected Retreat date.

Retreats within the Czech Republic

Cancellation fees set by the Organizer primarily derive from the conditions established by accommodation facilities and

other service providers included in the Retreat. Cancellation fees are set as follows:

– If the participant cancels more than 60 days before the scheduled date: The participant has the right to arrange a new

Retreat date. In the case of Adrop vouchers, a new date can be booked within the voucher’s validity period under

Adrop’s business terms.

– If the participant cancels 60 days or less before the scheduled date: The participant has no right to a substitute date or

a refund of the price; the contract is terminated.

Specific Provisions for the Adrop Portal

– Withdrawal from Purchase: A customer may withdraw from a voucher purchase with Adrop within 30 days of purchase,

provided a binding date reservation has not yet been made with the Organizer. Once a reservation is made, the

Organizer’s cancellation terms apply.

– Experience Exchange: A customer may request an exchange of the experience via Adrop if done in accordance with

cancellation deadlines (i.e., more than 60 days before the reserved date) and Adrop’s business terms.

– Non-use of Voucher: If the participant fails to use the voucher within its validity period (i.e., fails to book a Retreat to be

realized during the validity period), the voucher expires without a right to a Retreat or refund.

Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to change the date or cancel the event (e.g., due to failure to meet minimum capacity,

illness, or other health indisposition of the instructor).

– Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance: The Organizer will offer a substitute date. If no agreement is reached and

payment was made via Adrop, the voucher will be released for a new booking. In other cases, 100% of the amount paid

will be refunded.

– Cancellation 72 hours or less in advance: The Organizer proceeds as above and, additionally, must compensate the

participant for demonstrably incurred wasted costs (e.g., proven travel expenses). This does not apply if the cancellation

is due to force majeure. Technical equipment failure of the Organizer is not considered force majeure.

Medical Fitness of the Participant

The participant acknowledges that before the Retreat begins, it is necessary to complete, sign, and submit a declaration

of medical fitness and liability to the Organizer. Refusal to fulfill this obligation, as well as significant health limitations

identified in the declaration, will prevent the participant from joining the part of the Retreat associated with physical

activity. The Organizer is not responsible for non-fulfillment of this condition; on the contrary, full liability rests with the

participant.

Transfer to Another Person and ‘No-Show’

– Transfer: A reservation can be transferred to another person free of charge at any time until the Retreat begins. The

participant must report the change to the Organizer via email. The new participant assumes all agreed terms. For

changes reported less than 72 hours in advance, the Organizer cannot guarantee dietary adjustments (allergies, specific

diets).

– No-Show: Failure to arrive or early departure is considered as the Retreat being duly provided. No refunds will be

issued, and the voucher will be considered used.

Complaints

Any defects regarding the Retreat must be submitted in writing to the Organizer without undue delay during the event.
