• Dates: 6 nights in May 2025

• Capacity: Maximum 15 guests — intimate group for personal attention.

• Level: Open to all levels, no prior yoga experience needed.

• Language: Program in English (Lenka also speaks Czech).

• Flights: International flights to Bali are not included. Please book your own travel to Denpasar (DPS).

• Travel insurance: Not included and strongly recommended.

📌 Cancellation Policy

• 1. GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS Any cancellation of a reservation must be submitted in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice relative to the scheduled start date of the retreat:
  • 91 days or more before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • 90 – 61 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
  • 60 – 31 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 75% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
  • 30 days or less before arrival: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged. No refunds will be provided.

  2. NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE Failure to arrive at the retreat (No-Show) or leaving the retreat before the scheduled departure date (Early Departure) for any reason will result in a 100% forfeit of the total reservation amount.

  3. LATE BOOKING POLICIES For reservations made shortly before the retreat start date, the following strict cancellation windows apply:

  • Bookings made 21 days or less before arrival: A 12-hour grace period from the time of booking applies. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 100% fee.
  • Bookings made 14 days or less before arrival: A 6-hour grace period from the time of booking applies. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 100% fee.

  4. TRAVEL INSURANCE (IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATION) To protect your investment, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage. Such insurance may provide reimbursement for non-refundable retreat fees should you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, injury, or family emergencies).

  5. TRANSFER OF RESERVATION Participants may transfer their spot to another person provided that:

  1. 1. The organizer is notified and approves the transfer in writing at least 7 days prior to the start.
  • The new participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
  • All financial obligations are settled in full.

  6. CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid or the option to transfer the credit to a future retreat. The organizer is not liable for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets, visa fees, or other travel arrangements.
