Svastha Yoga
The word Svastha in Sanskrit refers to the state of complete wellbeing and balance. Svastha Yoga is about practicing yoga in the way best for each individual.

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is designed to complement the growing needs during all three trimesters. Postpartum yoga addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a mum.

Parent and Baby/toddlers yoga
Yoga with your baby or toddler is focusing on needs of parents, safe and gentle yoga for their children and connection between parents and children.

Kids and Teens Yoga

Seniors Yoga

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the body and consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Yoga Nidra and Meditation
Yogic sleep is the deepest state of relaxation which you can achieve while still conscious. Meditation is the state of the mind when you are in yoga (in union).
